Christopher McDougall practices exclusively in the area of plaintiff personal injury law. In the past, he has practiced in the area of insurance defence. This gives Christopher an advantage when dealing with insurance companies. He knows their tactics and motivations, and how to counter those tactics to obtain the best results.
Christopher obtained his JD in 2010 from the University of Victoria, and is a member of the bars of Alberta, British Columbia, and Yukon.
Prior to obtaining his JD, Christopher obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Guelph. He is able to use his knowledge of biological science in his personal injury practice.
Christopher has appeared as lead counsel in numerous trials. His practice focuses on serious motor vehicle accident claims, slip/trip and fall claims, long term disability denial claims, and institutional sexual abuse claims.
Christopher enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, watching (and occasionally playing) hockey, and shooting guns at the local gun range.
