Evan Lay
Evan articled at Preszler Law and now works as an associate lawyer at the firm.
In law school, Evan focused on litigation, courtroom advocacy, and trial practice. He also worked with the Dalhousie Legal Aid Society representing indigent clients in criminal defense, administrative law, and family law matters. He made appearances before the Nova Scotia Provincial Court, Nova Scotia Supreme Court, and administrative tribunals as a student. Evan attends trial regularly every year and is most comfortable in the courtroom.
